investment firm and does not sell directly to the public. However, in order to
support our brokers and/or their clients who invest in our products, certain

Sources of Information Collected
We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following
sources: you, your broker-dealer, investment adviser or financial
representative through interviews, applications, agreements or other forms. We
may also obtain information from your transaction history with us, our
affiliates or others, from your inquiries by mail, e-mail or telephone, and
information we collect on our website through the use of "cookies." For
example, we may identify the pages on our website that your browser requests or
visits.
Type of Information Collected
In order to provide you with products and services and/or to effect
transactions that you request or authorize, we may collect the following types
of information: name, address, social security number, age, financial status,
assets, income, tax information, retirement and estate plan information,
transaction history, account balance, payment history, investment objectives,
marital status, family relationships and other personal information.
Disclosure of Information Collected
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or
former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. The permitted uses

Advisor's Asset Management internal security procedures restricts access to
your nonpublic personal information to those employees of Advisor's Asset
Management or its affiliates who need to know that information in order to
provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and
procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.
Patriot Act
The Patriot Act requires Advisors Asset Management, Inc. to verify the identity of
persons opening new accounts, including:
- consulting government agency lists of known or suspected criminals, terrorists
and terrorist organizations to determine if the person opening an account is on
any such list; and
- If necessary, conducting additional due diligence including
requesting information about the source of funds deposited into such accounts.
Policy Modifications
We will notify you of our privacy policy annually as required by federal law. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, however, if we do amend this policy, we will promptly notify you.
